Contest Rules for FormKit, Inc's Celebration of Vue

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to all individuals who connect their Github account to https://formkit.com. To be eligible, the Github account must have been created before August 1st, 2023. Employees of FormKit, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. How to Enter: Participants can enter the contest by connecting their Github account to our website at https://formkit.com. Upon successful connection, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry ticket into the contest.
3. Earning Additional Tickets:
   1. Challenges: Participants can earn additional tickets by completing specific challenges listed on https://formkit.com.
   2. Referrals: Participants can earn one (1) additional ticket for every new user they refer to https://formkit.com using their unique referral link.
   3. Sponsorships: Participants can earn ten (10) additional tickets for every entity they sponsor on Github.
4. Daily Drawings: For each ticket a participant holds, they will have one entry into the daily raffle drawings. The contest will span five (5) consecutive days, with prizes drawn daily.
5. Prize Categories: Prizes are categorized and will be awarded in the following order: Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Community. The specific prizes within each category and their order of drawing will be as displayed on https://formkit.com.
6. Winning Limit: Each participant is eligible to win only once per day. However, their tickets will remain valid and will be entered into the drawings on subsequent days.
7. Prize Substitution: In cases where a prize cannot be reasonably shipped to a winner, the winner will receive a cash prize equivalent to the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the original prize.

Contest Terms and Conditions for FormKit, Inc's Celebration of Vue

1. Duration: The contest will commence on August 18th, 2023 and conclude on September 1st, 2023. The specific start and end times, along with any other relevant timelines, will be detailed on https://formkit.com.
2. Prize Distribution: Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Github account. They must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
3. Limitation of Liability: FormKit, Inc is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, server issues, or connectivity problems, that might prevent participants from entering the contest or accessing https://formkit.com.
4. Data Usage and Privacy: By participating in the contest and connecting their Github account, entrants agree to FormKit Inc accessing basic account information solely for contest-related purposes. No personal data will be shared with third-party entities. For more details on data usage, please refer to https://www.formkit.com/privacy.
5. Disqualification: FormKit, Inc reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of the contest rules, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest.
6. No Purchase Necessary: While entrants can earn additional tickets through sponsorships or other means, making a purchase will not increase their chances of winning. Multiple methods, including free actions, are available to earn tickets, ensuring equal opportunity for all participants.
7. Avoidance of Lottery Classification: This contest is intended to be a promotional giveaway and is not a lottery. There is no mandatory purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. All methods of entry, both paid and free, have an equal chance of winning. Any form of entry or participation in this contest does not provide an inherent advantage over any other method of entry: This means that every method of obtaining tickets or entries into the contest has been designed to be fair and unbiased. Whether a participant chooses to earn tickets through sponsorship, completing challenges, referrals, or any other method, each ticket carries the same weight and chance of winning in the contest. No method is favored or provides a higher likelihood of winning over another. The contest is structured to ensure that all participants, regardless of how they engage or the number of tickets they accumulate, have an equitable opportunity to win. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Charlottesville, Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or related to the contest shall be resolved in accordance with the legal procedures established in Charlottesville, Virginia.
9. Amendments: FormKit, Inc reserves the right to amend the contest rules, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on https://formkit.com.
10. Decisions Final: All decisions made by FormKit, Inc in relation to the contest are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
